Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to Florida Nation Basketball (“FNB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for participation in any practices, training sessions, leagues, teams, programs, events, camps, clinics, or the purchase of merchandise.

All fees and payments made to Florida Nation Basketball are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, including but not limited to:

2. Merchandise, Uniforms, and Apparel

All merchandise, uniforms, apparel, and gear packages are custom-ordered or program-specific and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Florida Nation Basketball is not responsible for incorrect sizes selected during ordering. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, refunded, or exchanged.

By enrolling a player and submitting payment, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees that:

4. Program Modifications and Cancellation by FNB

Florida Nation Basketball reserves the right to modify or change program details at its discretion, including but not limited to schedules, locations, coaching assignments, groupings, or formats.

In the event Florida Nation Basketball cancels a program prior to its commencement, FNB may issue a refund or credit at its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be issued once a program has begun.

5. Chargebacks and Disputed Payments

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior written communication with Florida Nation Basketball constitutes a material breach of this Policy and may result in:
