Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 08/01/2025
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to Florida Nation Basketball (“FNB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for participation in any practices, training sessions, leagues, teams, programs, events, camps, clinics, or the purchase of merchandise.
1. All Sales Final – No Refunds
All fees and payments made to Florida Nation Basketball are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, including but not limited to:
- Monthly practice fees
- Weekly training fees
- Registration, enrollment, or participation fees
- League, team, camp, clinic, or program fees
- Tryout fees
- Any other service-related charges
No refunds, credits, substitutions, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Player absence, tardiness, or non-participation
- Injury, illness, or medical conditions
- Schedule conflicts or changes
- Voluntary withdrawal or dismissal from the program
- Dissatisfaction with coaching, training methods, playing time, or team placement
- Weather-related cancellations or acts of God
- Relocation or personal circumstances
2. Merchandise, Uniforms, and Apparel
All merchandise, uniforms, apparel, and gear packages are custom-ordered or program-specific and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Florida Nation Basketball is not responsible for incorrect sizes selected during ordering. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, refunded, or exchanged.
3. Payment Obligation & Financial Responsibility
By enrolling a player and submitting payment, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees that:
- Payment secures participation, training access, or a roster position
- Failure to attend any session does not relieve financial responsibility
- Partial participation does not entitle the participant to a refund or credit
- All scheduled payments remain due regardless of attendance
4. Program Modifications and Cancellation by FNB
Florida Nation Basketball reserves the right to modify or change program details at its discretion, including but not limited to schedules, locations, coaching assignments, groupings, or formats.
In the event Florida Nation Basketball cancels a program prior to its commencement, FNB may issue a refund or credit at its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be issued once a program has begun.
5. Chargebacks and Disputed Payments
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior written communication with Florida Nation Basketball constitutes a material breach of this Policy and may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination from all FNB activities
- Permanent removal from current and future programs
- Recovery of fees, administrative costs, and chargeback penalties
- Legal or collections action where permitted by law
6. Acceptance of Policy
Completion of registration and submission of payment constitutes full acknowledgment, acceptance, and agreement to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
